1. By far ... most souls go to Hell for heresy and apostasy ... not believing the Catholic Sources of Dogma.

The above quote introduces the deception ... that heretics ("lutheran", "baptist", "evangelical", etc.) and un-baptized pagans ("muslim", "jew", "buddhist", "hindu", etc.) ... may be getting to Heaven, as long as they don't commit sins against the flesh. 2. For Russia (and its people) to be converted, the people must enter the Catholic Church ... by believing the Catholic Dogma whole and inviolate and being baptized in water.
3. A blanket consecration does not "convert a country". If a blanket consecration converted countries, then the Apostles could have done a number of "blanket consecrations" and converted the world in a few days in 33 A.D.
