Events of March 25th ... the first Good Friday ...
and the date of the Annunciation

Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Amos 8:9

Introduction:

1. As we see in the Old Testament Scriptures listed on the Introduction Section of this site ... Original Sin closed Heaven for all men (temporarily) ... as we see in the Catholic faith (pre-fulfillment) writings of Ecclesiastes 9:3, Psalm 88:49, Wisdom 2:1, etc.

2. The Catholic God caused two events crucial to the Redemption (the re-opening of Heaven) ... to take place on the same calendar date ... March 25th. These were the Annuciation (explained below) and the Crucifixion on the first Good Friday.

Events of March 25th ... the first Good Friday

March 25th ... Event 1 ... the Annunciation
1. By God the Holy Spirit participating in the Nativity of Jesus Christ with the Blessed Virgin ... the Second Person of the Holy Trinity was made man as a Divine Person.

2. This leads to the Virgin Birth nine months later on December 25th, the first Catholic Christmas. The Virgin Birth is not to be confused with the Immaculate Conception which is the Blessed Virgin being conceived without Original Sin so that Christ would have a spotless ark for His mother.

3. The Annunciation was thirty-four years, to the day, before the Crucifixion.

March 25th ... Event 2 ... the Crucifixion
1. On the same day as the Annunciation ... thirty-four years later to the day ... thirty-three years and three months after being born ... God showed His love for men in the humility of the Crucifixion.

2. There is no death so prolonged, so detailed in suffering, so humiliating, so full of reproach and contempt, as death by crucifixion.

3. The death and Resuurection of the Catholic Jesus Christ ... brought to the world the Redemption ... the re-opening of Heaven for men's souls after Heaven was closed by Original Sin.

4. To have the Redemption apply to ... one's immortal soul you must take ... the four steps on Section 2.1. If you are not inclined to taking the steps on Section 2.1 ... ask the Blessed Virgin for help employing the prayers on Section 4.1.

March 25th ... Event 3 ... the Good Thief (Saint Dismas) Feast day ...
having died on March 25th
1. For the Saints who have Feast Days designated for them ... the Feast Day is the day that they died. This is March 25th for Saint Dismas.

2. Saint Joseph and the Blessed Virgin actually had met Dismas ... when Saint Joseph and Maria were on their flight into Egypt with the infant Jesus.

3. Dismas was so impressed with the Holy Family he made no attempt to take anything from them, and protected them from potential robbers.

Little known facts related to March 25th ... the first Good Friday

1. Gabriel brought to Noah the body of Adam and it was placed on Noah's ark. Adam was then buried on Calvary (where Christ was crucified) ... thus the popular artwork of the skull at the foot of the Cross.

2. A connection between the Blessed Virgin not having Original Sin ... and the Incarnation of Christ, the Annunciation of March 25th ... is seen in Old Testament ... Josue 3:13 ...

Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Josue 3:13, 16-17 >
13: "And when the priests, that carry the ark of the Lord ... shall set the soles of their feet in the waters of the Jordan, the waters ... shall stand together upon a heap."
16: "The waters that came down from above stood in one place, and swelling up like a mountain, were seen afar off from the city that is called Adom to the place of Sarthan."
17: "The priests that carried the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord ... upon the dry ground in the midst of the Jordan."

Note 1: The Ark of the Lord (fortelling the Blessed Virgin) ... stops the Jordan river as it is brought across the riverbed.

Note 2: Where did the Jordan river cease flowing ? The waters were seen piling up starting at the city of Adom (Verse 16) ... and then north to the town of Sarthan.

Note 3: So that ... the river of Original Sin which started with Adam in Genesis 3 ... was miraculously stopped at the town of Adom so that it did not touch the Ark of the Covenant (fortelling the Blessed Virgin) ... which was crossing the (now dry) Jordan river bed near Jericho (south of Adom).

Note 4: The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Maria ... foretold (again) in Old Testament Josue Chapter 3 ... see Section 4.4 for additional scriptures regarding the Immaculate Conception.

Note 5: The Incarnation of Jesus Christ on March 25th with the sinless Blessed Virgin ... again, on the same calendar date as the Crucifixion.

3. A noble Greek from the city of Athens ... named Denis of Areopagus (north of Acropolis) ... was in Egypt on the first Good Friday (March 25th). When darkness fell across the world "from the sixth to the ninth hour" (12 noon to 3p.m.) ... Denis stated > "Either an unknown God is suffering, or the fabric of the world is being dissolved".

18: "No man taketh it away from me: but I lay it down of myself, and I have power to lay it down: and I have power to take it up again. This commandment have I received of my Father."

5. When Christ from the Cross told the Blessed Virgin - "Behold thy Son" (regarding Saint John) ... and to Saint John - "Behold thy Mother" (regarding the Blessed Virgin) ... He was informing us that the Blessed Virgin is the Mother of all Catholics as we see in ... John 19:27 and Apocalypse 12:17.

26: When Jesus therefore had seen His mother and the disciple standing whom He loved, he saith to His mother: Woman, behold thy son."

10. The sign attached to the Cross ... "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Judeans" (they weren't jews) ... is kept at the formerly Catholic property of the Church of the Holy Cross in Rome.

Catholic writing of Saint John 19:19 >
"And Pilate wrote a title also, and he put it upon the cross. And the writing was: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JUDEANS."

Those who were with Jesus and defended Him were the Judeans ... those who believed all the Old Testament prophesies about Jesus (see Section 2.3).

Those who were enemies of Jesus ... and who rejected all of the Abraham covenant writings ... were the jews.

So that ... "Judeans" on the Cross is correct ... as Jesus died for the Redemption of those who believed Him which were the Judeans. It was the Judeans who correctly saw Jesus as King of Kings ... the jews didn't and descended into Hell forever.

11. Forty hours after Jesus died ... he placed His human soul back into His body which re-animated His body (at 7am on Sunday). This is where we get the Forty Hours devotional.

12. There were three women who were with the Blessed Virgin and Saint John at the foot of the Cross ...

a. Mary of Cleophas ... mother of three Apostles (Simon, James the less, and Jude)

b. Mary Salome ... mother of two Apostles (James the Greater and John)

c. Mary Magdalen, convert and penitent ... she was not the woman whom Jesus saved from being stoned for adultry ... and she was not the woman who washed Jesus' feet with her hair.
